Description:
This is a scarcely seen original model Number 35 boys "military style" rifle. Only 11,900 made from 1915-1918. This model came with a steel bayonet, most of which have not survived. We do not have the bayonet for this one. This is about the rarest of the Hamilton's. The bore is not bad on this one. Good rifling. Barrel is mostly a brown patina. Receiver is a blue/brown/plum color. Original sights and slings. The screws are a bit buggered. Wood is not bad fitting, but somebody did do a bit of carving on the left side of the wrist. Other than that, it is a rare collectable Hamilton 22 caliber rifle.
