Up for sale, a Marlin 39M Octagon in mint and unfired condition. My grandfather purchased this rifle back in the mid-70's and put it in the safe and left it there. Only 2140 of these models were ever made and are nearly impossible to find in this condition. I do not have the box or original paperwork. I will send this rifle only to an FFL, and I am a non-FFL seller. Please make sure your FFL will accept this rifle from a non-FFL seller. Price does not include insured shipping cost of $40.
