Up for sale today is an Italian Carcano Model 1891 Cavalry Carbine serial no. M281 (dated 1936) chambered in caliber 6.5x52 Carcano. This excellent Carcano is marked "Gardone V. T. " and "Crown R. E." signifying production for the Italian Army under the Fascist Government. has a very good bore, a folding integral bayonet, early-style adjustable sights, and excellent original finish on both metal and wood. An excellent example of a Carcano Cavalry Carbine and a great shooter as well.
