What a beauty with 99.99% of the original factory finish remaining. There is just the slightest amount of muzzle and a minute amount of sharp edge silvering. Absolutely no finish loss anywhere else. This gun looks like it sat the war in some Fraulein night table. The grip strap has no sign of toning.
All parts match. The slide is stamped Eagle/WaA135, Eagle/Swastika, Eagle/WaA135. The frame and barrel group are stamped Eagle/WaA135.
The black plastic grips are flawless and appear to be as factory new. The bolt face, slide rails and feed ramp have very little evidence of use. The bore could not be any finer, brilliant as the sun, with razor sharp rifling. There is no sign of use or a speck of frost anywhere.
The gun comes with one pristine magazine. The spine is stamped Eagle/550, the side P-38. And a original P-38 soft shell holster showing just the slightest wear.
A finer example of a byf/44 you will not find at anywhere, let alone at this price.........$1595.
