High Standard Olympic ISU 22 Short
Offering a High Standard Olympic .22 Short semi auto pistol Serial # ML16794. This is a Hamden CT Produced Steel framed pistol. This Olympic is in excellent shape and the previous owner’s daughter said her father may have shot it once or twice and he then put it aside for his collection because of its near pristine condition. I call the bluing 99%, maybe 98% if one were to severely discount the minute scratch on the slide right and to the rear. The walnut grips are very nice and they do exhibit some nice color and grain underneath the uniform checkering. Makes me wish they were smooth to show off the grain better. The barrel measures 6 ¾ inches. It is tapered with dovetail for weights and has the integral muzzle brake. The slide is serial numbered and matches the pistol itself. The pistol will come with the two weights you see attached to the barrel and the walnut presentation case in the photos. Sorry we do not have the cardboard outer box or the factory papers. This is a very fine pistol.
