Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws and whether or not you are prohibited from taking possession or owning this firearm. Payment must be by bank certified (cashiers) check or Postal Money Order. Shipping to AK or HI will have additional costs for which buyer is responsible. I will need a copy of an FFL dealer license to ship the gun. There is a 3 day, no-shoot inspection period and the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping both ways if returned. If your FFL dealer will not accept shipment from an individual, I will need an additional $40 to ship through my FFL.
