Description:
The Model 027 was made in 1965. After the company folded, American Imports, a California company, used the Hamilton name and imported one lot of rifles from Japan. They were not popular, and no others were made despite their being of higher quality than the originals.
This one has a great bore with strong rifling. Lots of nice original blue. Original sights. Good wood with the exception of some added tacks in the butt stock. Otherwise not a bad example of a hard to find Hamilton rifle.
