BOB ENRIGHT & ED PEUGH CUSTOM
WINCHESTER Model 70 FEATHERWEIGHT ... 270 caliber ... 22" barrel ... weight 7 lbs 8 oz ... LOP 13 7/8" ... ramped, hooded front sights and flip up rear sight .
The stock is finely streaked and marbled walnut with color streaks flowing into intricate burls ... notice the 90 degree ebony forend tip and oval shaped double shadow cheekpiece ... wood is perfectly sculpted around bolt and magazine and features intricate multi-point borderless checkering.
The receiver is outlined in gold wire and has foliate and scroll engraving around an amazingly lifelike Belino engraving of a bighorn sheep. Above the floral engraved front screw is marked "Engr. Ed. Peugh". The 4 pannel checkered bolt has been jeweled and extractor polished. Fine gold wire outlines the engraved and peaked butt plate.
