Description:
I have for sale a Rare .22MRF Colt Colteer Single shot bolt action rifle. Very early Model 1957? with the Rare 24" BBl. MFG for Colt by the Jefferson Arms (Kodiak Co.) Early in 1960 the barrels were offered in 22" & 20" Boy's Rifle. The 24" barrels were dropped.This Colt is chambered in .22 MRF caliber, most were .22 long rifle. Excellent over all Original condition. No Ser# Pre 1968 MFG. Rear open sight is missing. The rifle has a 4x40m/m fixed power scope with Tip off Rings and mounts that fit the factory grooved receiver. A very nice seldom seen little Colt rim-Fire Rifle. Mirror bore and this little Gem shows very minor use.
