Description:
A desirable gun with all the good features everyone is looking for. Oct bbl. Full length mag tube. Crescent butt. Cal 38 WCF. Old gun manufactured 1896 and it looks old. Grey/brown patina to the receiver. Bbl has some blue which is turning. Scattered pitting on all metal surfaces. Butt stock is relatively good. Missing a chip in the upper corner. Displays a lot of use. One chip out in the left hand front. Wood is solid. Action is nice. Bore not so nice. A great gun to start a collection. Still a good old Winchester!
