Look what just came in... A really nice 1906 American Eagle Luger chambered in 7.65mm! When you look at the pics, remember that this baby is over 100 years old. Mint bore. The only thing that is not original are the grips. They are current commercial replacements. The cool thing is that I do not believe original grips were numbered, so it should not be too difficult to find a decent pair that would be correct. There is blue wear to the barrel, mostly on the left side. Wear also to the frontstrap and backstrap, and high points on the gun. Top and bottom numbers match. The magazine is an original unmarked wood base mag. The straw color is truly fantastic, likely 85% overall and nice and bright. The American Eagle is nicely engraved with fine detail. The action is very slick and the gun overall is very clean. No import marks. In my opinion this is underpriced. As I look around the internet for others of this type, they are all marked considerably higher and often are not in this good of condition. Check the pics and judge for yourself.
