This is the Colt 1908 .380 Pocket Hammerless. This pistol comes out of a collection that was started
in the 1950's and the pistol has not been out of its original box until now.
Box contains Original owners manual, Colt's special instruction sheet and an ultra rare
Proper Ammunition suggestion/warning sheet. This document was only
included with the prewar autos for a very limited time. The condition of this Colt is amazing.
The guns deep prewar charcoal finish would rate 99.5+ with only a whisper of finish loss on the upper left
edge on the front of the slide. Likely from box wear. The gun
appears unfired as there is no wear to the ejection port and the barrel retains 100% of its original finish.
