Description:
Parker Bros DH grade 12ga. Built in 1898 according to the factory letter,this gun is in remarkable all original condition.It has 28" fine damascus barrels with mint bores.The barrels measure .735" each and are choked improved cylinder (.012") and improved modified (.026").The gun retains 40% of the original case colors and 100% of the original damascus pattern.The stock and forend retain 98%of the original finish and are free of any cracks or damage.The gun locks up tightly with no play in the barrels at all.The pistol grip stock has 14"LOP over the original skeleton butt.Built on a #2 frame,the gun weighs 7-6.The gun has very shootable dimensions with a 11/2" drop at comb and 2" drop at heel.The chambers are 23/4".I have shot 1 oz loads through it and the gun patterns beautifully.This is a great Parker in collector condition.A great gun for vintager shoots.Built in 1898 so it is classified as an antique and can be shipped directly.
