Description: Welcome! This listing features a Marlin No. 25-S .22 Short & C.B. Caps Pump Action Rifle. The Model 25 & 25-S were produced between 1909 and 1910. They had a short lived production due to the fact that it could only shoot the .22 short or CB caps cartridges. Since it could not shoot the long or long rifle cartridges like the Model 20's, people did not buy very many of the Model 25 or 25-S. This Model 25-S is in good condition and features; 23" Blued Barrel 13¾" Blued Magazine Tube Blued Receiver Blued Hammer Blued Trigger Blued Trigger Guard Blued Butt Plate Walnut Stock & Forend The forend has a crack down the length of it that someone has repaired with wooden dowels, and the barrel has a few deep scratches on the left side below the rear iron sight.
