Description:
Serial #863759, .30-06, 24” barrel with a fine, bright bore that has traces of minor freckling within the grooves. This rifle has an 05/A dated SA barrel (chambered in .30-06) and retains 85-90% of an armory re-applied finish on the receiver, and a commensurate amount of parkerizing on the bolt. The barrel mixes with a plum-brown patina on the balance with some silvering at the muzzle. The receiver has a Redfield receiver sight installed on the right side (the original rear barrel sight is no longer present). The walnut '03-A3 Remington stock and handguard have minor scuffs and small surface blemishes throughout under an added oil finish and the WW2 cartouches on the left side are still visible. This is a very good plus '03 that was reconditioned into a very nice target rifle. FFL or C&R
