Description:
26 inch round barrel chambered in 30 WCF and full length mag tube that retain almost all of their original thinning blue. Bore is very good. Crisp action. Receiver also has most original blue remaining. Loading gate even has strong fire blue. Hammer and lever retain about half of their original case colors. Special order shotgun butt with hard rubber butt plate. Wood is good with some handling mars. The sides of the wrist and the top of the comb are all stamped "RB". Original sights include a blade front and a platinum lined folding leaf Express rear. Overall this is a very nice antique special order Winchester 1894 rifle.
