Produced between 1879 through 1886, with approximately 15,000 made. This early model bears the serpentine finger lever as later models carried a loop lever.

Metal Condition: Faded to a plum/brown patina with patches of rust and surface pitting. Worn to the white at the edges with various nicks & dings
Wood Condition: The wood shows moderate wear and field marks with a small chip-out at the wrist and right side of the fore end
Bore Condition: Bore is not that bad, showing some pitting but, the rifling is still strong
