Winchester Model 95 .405 WCF
Please find this extremely nice Winchester Model 95 in .405 WCF bearing serial #410134. Rifle is the take down variant. The 24-inch bore appears to be near mint, bright and clean with strong rifling and I can find no pits or flaws. Standard Winchester Buck Horn rear sight with a Lyman bead sight up front. This rifle is perfectly tight at the union, with no wiggle or slop what so ever. This rifle may have been re-blued but if so they did a very good job of it. The rifle is wearing some after-market birds eye maple on its butt stock and fore end with the fore end capped off with a bit of rose wood. The color cased parts of the rifle are still quite vivid. Wish this beauty would have come in prior to deer season I would have hunted it in my local woods.
