Description:
Standard 26 inch round barrel chambered in 38-55 WCF with full length mag tube blued frame and rifle butt. Bore is one of the best I've seen for this black powder caliber! Good shine and rifling. Mag tube has lots of original blue. Barrel has thinning original blue blending blue/brown. Original sights. Crisp action. Receiver is plum/brown with blue in protected areas. Hammer and lever have traces of case colors. Wood has a few handling mars and fits well. Good looking 1901 Winchester rifle.
