CALIFORNIA AVAILABLE THROUGH FFL PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFER (PPT). This was originally purchased in CA under law enforcement exemption. This particular model is Not on the CA approved drop-test roster, therefore unavailable for civilian-retail. However, since it's currently in the state, it is available through PPT. IF YOU'RE A CA RESIDENT AND ALWAYS WANTED ONE OF THESE, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE. This was purchased a year ago, 6 rounds put through it, and then placed away in the safe. It has never been carried. Being a Kimber, it has a LIFETIME WARRANTEE WHETHER YOU'RE THE ORIGINAL OWNER OR NOT. This even covers the night sights. When they eventually die, just send the slide back for a new set, FREE. If you doubt that, call Kimber and ask. Their customer service is absolutely stellar. This piece is like new, and the night sights are as bright as on day-one. I'd say that cosmetically it's 100%, but since it's technically used, i'll rate it at 99.99%. Comes with the original box, 1 mag (as comes from the factory), pocket holster, and all the inserts. Shipping to the lower 48 is $40.00; Alaska and Hawaii shipped at an increased rate. All sales final.
