Description:
Two Colt Model 1860 Army percussion revolvers with .44 caliber 8” round barrel, creeping loading lever, six shot cylinder roll engraved with naval battle scene – Colt Blue barrel, wedge, cylinder, backstarp, trigger and screws – case hardened frame, loading lever and hammer – brass trigger guard – cartouched one piece oil finished walnut grip. This set includes an English fit, walnut presentation case with blue velvet lining, The case accommodates the two revolvers and a “Stand of Flags” powder flask, blued two cavity bullet mold “L” shaped nipple wrench, cap tin, and a matching third model finished walnut detachable shoulder stock with polished brass yoke and butt plate, and blue steel thumbscrew, latch, swivel, ring and screws. This set was issued as the Colt Cavalry Commemorative. The pair are unfired in as issued condition with all accessories. The Bullet Mould is stamped Colt's Patent. I'm not a dealer.
