Description:
S&W for sale. This is a 681-1 chambered in .357 Magnum. Will also shoot .38 Special. Built on the sturdy L-frame and was designed for police duty use. This model has a 4" barrel, fixed sights and wears Pachmyer rubber grips on its square butt. It also has the older smith lock work, with the firing pin mounted on the hammer. No internal lock. This revolver is good shape, but was a police trade in and has a few dings on it from duty use. The action is excellent, with bore and chambers in great condition. Very accurate and smooth shooter. Perfect for home protection, plinking and outdoor trekking. Sorry, no box or papers for it. Will also include a Bianchi leather pancake style holster, with thumb break.
