Description:
A look at the Marlin 1894 Century Limited rifle that was issued in 1994 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Marlin 1894 rifle. The receiver, bolt and lever are hand engraved by Bottega Giovanelli and then color case hardened by Turnbull's. There is scrolled engraving on both sides, a deer image on one side and the Marlin man on a horse image on the other. I nice looking 24" barrel and a shot tubular magazine that holds 12 rounds. Has a straight walnut checkered grip a long with the checkered forearm. The caliber is 44-40 or 44 WCF.
Only 2,500 of these were made in 1994, thus the 'Limited' designation.
