EARLY COLT POLICE POSITIVE .38 COLT (.38S&W) .38 COLT NEW POLICE CALIBER REVOLVER. Serial number "252XX", circa 1908. 4" barrel. 100% of it's custom blue remaining with NO signs of pitting or reason why refinished(could be factory done as retains it's original grips). Hard rubber S&W grips fit perfectly with no cracks or losses. Barrel address a bit shallow from refinish but all legible. Excellent screws. Locks up tight as a drum and functions perfectly. Mint chambers and bore with some frosty areas near muzzle but goof rifling. Ejector rob knurling with some wear.
