Description:
This is a very nice Springfield model 1884 Trapdoor rifle. The barrel is a brown patina but has a great bore. The walnut stock has dings and dents but is sound and solid. There is a F 28 stamp on the top of the butt stock and 192 stamped into the top of the steel butt plate. All in all a very nice rifle.
