Very scarce matted bbl. I have only seen a few of these. Cal 38-40. Factory Letter lists the pistol grip and checkered stock. No rear dovetail for sight. Has a folding tang sight. Fairly bright shiny bore with sharp rifling. Nice functioning action. Correct dust cover. Wood is in good condition with just a few light handling mars. Rifle style buttplate. Receiver is a silvery with traces of case color in protected areas. Bbl and mag tube are mostly a gray color. Comes with Factory Letter.
