Description:
This is a S&W .357 Registered Magnum with the very desirable 3 1/2” barrel. It has a King red bead reflector front sight and the hump back hammer. According to the factory letter it was shipped from the factory in 1939 and left with a 6 1/2” barrel so it must have been converted at some point. The letter confirms the hump back hammer and Magna grips. The registration number is 4984 and that number is shown on the frame. The serial number is shown in the ejected housing, the cylinder and on the bottom of the grip frame. The bluing would rate 97-98% with just a few small handling marks. The gun is mechanically perfect as it the bore. The action is extremely smooth and the best that I have seen on any revolver. The grips are like new and free from cracks, chips and dents. This gun was made in September of 1939 and shipped to San Francisco, California.  I offer a three day inspection on all of my guns and it will be packaged correctly with the gun being shipped in a zipper pouch. This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for shipment. Price is $5250 plus $45 insured shipping. Please call Cam 931-484-3200 with any questions.

Lay-A-Way Plan is available on this gun.

Please Note: This gun is sold pending funds.
