I have had several of these rifles over the years but this beautiful example is the one I have held onto throughout....
The QUALITY of the deep, deep Pearlescent bluing is what has held my allure to it. I have not seen a finer bluing job on any other rifle. That coupled with a beautiful light to medium color stock with lots of grain and character.....Simply gorgeous It is a clip fed model and in my opinion look much better than the tube fed versions. These works of art from a bygone era exhibit white line spacers, beautiful rosewood forend tips and grip cap with ivory diamond inlay. Wonderful skipline checkering and high lustre finish from Weatherby. Comes with the appropriate 5 round magazine. These rifles have a semi/ single shot selector switch that is very unique and a good idea for teaching the younger shooters. Comes complete with a Bausch and Lomb Balvar 4x fixed power scope with CPC reticle. Pics tell the story best on this rifle that I thought would never leave my ownership. But I am thinning the herd and I now reluctantly offer it for sale. Do not hesitate on this one!
