#2164 Pinfire about a 6.5mm Revolver, unmarked, but almost certain to be French since it has no Belgian proofmarks, and those were the two countries that made the 95% of this style of gun. Open-top frame and standard folding style trigger, bare steel metal (no finish) that is fully heavy engraved over almost the entire exterior and having deep embossed gutta percha grips that are in fine condition. Must have been one heck of a pretty gun when it was new!! Mechanically, like many of these smaller pinfires, they were seemingly quite delicate and got out of synche easily and so it is not working and will need some tinkering to get it fully functional again. However, since it is highly unlikely it will be used as target practice gun or for home defense, the mechanics seem a bit less important than does its value as an antique. Missing the loading gate and the ejector rod. $145
