Description:
Winchester model 24, 12 gauge, 30 inch barrels choked modified & full. Pre-War, made in 1941, serial number 20xxx, they came out with this model in 1940 so second year of production. Its in excellent condition with 95% of the blued finish on the metal and 90% of the original varnish on the wood, it has the original Winchester marked butt plate. The bores are like new and the action works perfect with a tight as new lock up and the opening lever in the middle position. Double triggers and extractors, I think thats how they were all made. The wear it has is from normal handling and shooting, no rust or bad marks, its still a nice looking shotgun but not a mint condition gun.
