Winchester Model 88 carbine .308 Deluxe Spl order. This gun comes from the original owners estate. It is a 1955 Mfg. model 88 that was sent back to Winchester to become a carbine with Deluxe wood. It had a peep sight attached at one time and has been drilled and tapped. This is an absolutely handy, beautiful and rare rifle. It has the low S# of 1379, first yr. production. You will definitely NOT find another 88 in this perfect configuration. It is priced to sell. Don't let it slip through your fingers. Buyer pays actual shipping, handling and insurance.
