Description:
This Winchester butt plate was ordered from Galazan a while back but never used. The following is the Galazan description of this product: "molded, not plastic; checkered Winchester Repeating Arms Co. in circle; Models 12,21,97,1911. My measurements are 4 7/8 in. length, 1 1/2 in. at widest part and 3 1/2 in. between center of screw holes (screws not included).
Also included with this butt plate is a leather pad off of an old English 16 bore SxS - has plugs for removal. Think it covers a Silvers type pad. 5 1/8 in. long on stock side, 1 5/8 in. width, about 7/8 in. depth at the center of the pad.
And something which none of us can figure out what it is. A triangular leather piece (see pics) that was part of a group of vintage shotgun accessories. Not a clue.
The whole shebang, plate, pad and thing for 13 bucks plus 5 shipping.
