Description:
Very nice Winchester Model 21, Trap Grade. According to the Cody information this Trap Grade gun was made 4/17/36 for Griffin & Howe with one set of barrels, the skeet barrels. Wood is Trap Grade. In 1948 the gun was sent back to Winchester for the addition of the second set of barrels.
12 gauge, ejectors, 2 barrel set - 28", L .040" R .014 and 26" L .013" R .008" and marked WS-1 and WS-2, matching serial numbers. Double triggers, straight grip stock with splinter forend, gold initial oval, red Winchester pad, lop 14.5" from front tiigger. Other stock dimensions are approximately 1 9/16" x 2 5/8" with 3/16 cast off. The stock is factory upgrade wood. Metal is refinished. Bores are mint. Metal and wood 100%. The 26" barrels have 2 beeds, middle silver and front red. The 28" barrels have one beed and it is silver. Weight is 7.4# with the 28" barrels and 7.25# with the 26" barrels. The water tables and standing breach are engine turned.
