Description: Standard Arms Company of Wilmington, Delaware Model M pump action in .30 Remington with 25" barrel with excellent bore. Adjustible rear sight. Banded front sight. Cast highly figured brass forend slide and buttplate. Solid straight grip buttstock with some nice figure. 13 1/4" LOP. A fairly rare early American autoloader with about 5000 manufactured by the Standard Arms Company of Wilmington, Delaware between 1909 and 1912 and by the Standard Arms Mfg. Company between 1912 and 1914. An additional 2000 units were assembled from parts by Numrich Arms. This is an early piece with a serial number of 744 and not a parts assembly gun. Very good overall original condition with a coat of oil added to wood but not sanded. SOLD |
