Description:
44 WCF. 24 inch octagon barrel with button mag and crescent butt. Barrel and receiver appear to have an artificial aged brown patina. Bore has light pitting throughout. Still shootable. Forearm has a few small chips missing on both sides next to the frame. Stock appears lightly sanded and has the usual dings and handling mars. "L.D.P." is on each side of the wrist. "L.D.P." also appears on each side of the rear sight on top of the barrel. I can only assume these are the initials of the owner or the engraver. Possibly both. Receiver and forend cap have full coverage as well as the barrel at the breech and muzzle. Not factory engraved but nicely done. Traces of case color remain on lever and hammer. Original sights. Smooth action.
