The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The M9A1 is an evolution of the legendary Beretta M9 military semi-auto pistol, developed with the advice of several law-enforcement and military agencies around the world. The M9A1 Compact With Rail is a smaller and lighter variation that features an attractive alloy with stainless finish frame and stainless steel slide with matte finish. Its many tactical features, ruggedness and absolute reliability make it a great choice for on- or off-duty carry, as well as personal defense or concealed carry.
As you take the M9A1 out of the box, it won't fail to impress you for the abundance of tactical features it offers. Firstly, there is an integral Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail situated under the barrel, for easy attachment of accessories such as tactical lights and laser aiming devices. The Trijicon night sight system on this pistol is optimized for quick acquisition of the target, while the front and backstrap of the frame are checkered to ensure a positive purchase no matter the weather conditions. Also, the magazine well has an aggressive internal bevel to facilitate fast tactical reloads in combat as well as competition situations.
