Description:
SOLD.....Remington's fine Bench Rest target rifle is one of the finest target rifles I have ever shot. This rifle is in 6 X 47 caliber.
This rifle has a single shot, solid bottom action to provide a very stiff action to improve accuracy. The rifling is sharp and shiny with no pits. The muzzel is clean with no dings in the crowning. The stock has a little bit of figure in the wood where most 40-X rifles are very plain. These rifles are all about putting the bullets in the same hole....not about pretty wood. The stock is very clean except for some dings on the heel...(see photos). The bolt is jewelled and the action is smooth. This rifle is sporting a Leopold 24X scope with covered target knobs and a 3inch sunshade attached. It has an adjustable objective.
