.243 Winchester has 23 inch Bofors Steel barrel with original front sight missing the hood. Serial number 16xxx. Dovetailed receiver for scope mounting. Engraved deer scene on floorplate and triggerguard. Checkered walnut stock has contrasting wood forend tip and pistol grip cap, sling swivels, and the original recoil pad badly compressed at the heel. There are two 1 inch hairline cracks in the stock at the bolt handle notch. Blue is 90% and the wood finish is 80-85%.
