Made in the early part of the Intermediate Smokeless Powder SAA period (1908-1920) this 1910 vintage Colt SAA has the look of the popular western "Cowboy Six-Gun". Even though it has lost most of its original finishes, it is mecahnically in fine condition. It is fitted with a 7 1/2 inch single address barrel, checkered black hard-rubber grips, serial number appearing on the frame, trigger guard and backstrap, and stamped ".38 W.C.F." on barrel, designating being chambered in the 38-40 Winchester cartridge.
