This is the same type of rifle that Gary Cooper used when he played Sergeant York in the movie about his life and time in World War I. This rifle has had the improved heat treatment and nickel steel treatment as well. The bore is clean bright and shinny. This is a great rifle for any collection, or for shooting whether you are experienced or just starting out.
