Notes: This is a BEAUTIFUL shotgun. This is a Merkel model 280, 28 gauge side by side shotgun. This model features a Greener cross bolt with double under barrel locking lugs, Anson and Deely boxlock action. It has Holland and Holland ejectors. The stock is a high grade English stock with 13.5 and 14.5 inch length of pull to the double triggers. The beautiful stock has no scratches or dings...one very light pressure type impression that is nearly invisible to the naked eye and there is a scratch on the buttplate. The barrels are 28 inches long with perfect bores, IC/M choke. The barrels have no dings or scratches, just one small spot that is smaller than a pea on the top of the barrels near the receiver. The case color on the receiver is BEAUTIFUL with lots of color and detail. This looks to be UNFIRED and in very close to perfect condition. This comes in a factory Merkel aluminum case that is green felt lined and in PERFECT shape. it includes the factory manuals, warranty papers and keys to the factory case. This is priced far under suggested retail!
