Description:
Seldom seen 1980's vintage S&W Model 10. The 6-shot revolver is fitted with a 4 inch barrel, checkered walnut grips with silver S&W medallions, is nickel finshed, and chambered in .38 Special. It retains all of its original nickel finish, with very minor handling marks and some minor dark spots in the finish, especailly on the left side of the frame around the cylinder ejector button. The grips only retain about 40% of their original finish, have been sanded on?, I do not believe they are the original grips to the gun. The hammer and trigger retain most all of their original color case-hardened finish. The bore is bright and the action functions perfectly.
