Great Pre War Winchester Model 70 .220 Swift standard rifle. No holes in rear receiver bridge. 26" stainless Barrel with factory matte finish. S/N 27xxx with faintly etched but clearly matching bolt, Mfg. 1940. 95%+ Blue, 90%+ Varnish with light surface scratches and one small gouge near wrist. Mechanics excellent. Bore and throat look new with no signs of erosion. An excellent value for an unaltered Pre War Swift.
