A.H.Fox 12ga. Sterlingworth.Built in 1930 in Philadelphia,this gun has 30" #2 weight barrels choked modified (.020") and full (.040").It has a pistol grip stock,double triggers, extractors,and a splinter forend.The barrels are bright and free of rust,dents,or pitting.Both barrels measure .730" diameter bores.The barrels are on face and lock up tightly with no play.The wood is sound with no cracks or damage.The checkering is slightly worn,but serviceable.The gun retains traces of the original case color,905 of the original barrel blue,and 90% of the original wood finish. this is a very solid Fox that would be great for doves,pheasants,turkeys,or vintage clays shoots.C&R eligible.
