This old Savage has seen better days however, it appears mechanically sound and should shoot well.

Metal Condition: Barrel carries considerable original finish whereas, the receiver has worn to the white. An interesting note: This rifle once sported a saddle ring which was subsequently cut off.
Wood Condition: The stock has been sanded and there is a repair at the wrist with two screws with filled holes. The stock top tang area is also filled. There is a major burn area on the right side.
Bore Condition: Rifling is good and strong.
