Description:
Remington. NO 1 1/2 Rolling Block Sporting Rifle. Cal. 32 RF. 25 1/2 " octagon barrel with a lightly frosted bore with strong grooves and lands. The barrel has toned to a plum brown patina having light scratches. Lose on the high edges. The frame is mostly a mottled grey with traces of original case colors and speckled staining. The curved steel buttplate is in similar condition. The hammer and block retain most of their original blue. The walnut straight grip buttstock and forend rate very good to near excellent displaying just a few small dings. Rifle is equipped with a glob front sight and a Rocky Mountain style rear sight. Overall a very good condition Rolling Block NO 1 1/2. Serial # 23XX
