Description:
This is a Colt Single Action Army in 44 Special Caliber. The gun in in perfect mechanical condition with all parts functioning. The barrel is 7 1/2 " and the bore is spotless except for a very small spot at the chamber end.
The Gun has apparently been reblued sometime in the past and the barrel replaced. Only the hammer retains its original case coloring. The finish over most of the gun is excellent except for the right frame where the finish is discolored (or stained). The blue finish is still in place, but discolored. Overall finish is about 90%. The original plastic grips are in good condition with minor smoothing of the checkering in several small places. There is also a turn line on the cylinder.
All together this is a very nice Colt and would make a great addition to your collection or a great Cowboy Action Shooter.
