DOUBLE ACTION ONLY S&W Chiefs Special is a very uncommon model. This revolver in as-new condition.
$550 WITHOUT HOLSTER Never carried, so bluing is perfect. Test fired 25 rounds at the range and then put it back in the box. With original box and factory cleaning rod. Hogue Monogrips. Original box in excellent condition with registration card, owner's pamplet, etc.. The NYPD used DAO Chiefs Special revolvers like this in the '70s. Purchased new in upstate New York in 1971.
The Bianchi #9-R upside-down leather holster uses a steel spring instead of an elastic band. The same make and model holster sold for $99 on ebay in 2015. This holster is also in excellent condition.
