Classic textbook Confederate D Guard Clipped Point Bowie knife in excellent condition, most likely a Battlefield pick up. 18.75″ total length with blade measuring 13.5″. Bought this from Army of TN Civil War Relics. Excellent price for a massive D Guard. Nice smooth chocolate patina. Thick blade and guard construction. Ridge running up the center of the blade. Blade is just shy of 2 inches wide. This is a beefy knife that you can hold in your hand and enjoy!
