Description:
Colt SAA Artillery for sale or trade. Early gun-2 Patent dates, Sept. 19,1871 and July 2,1872. Frame is #7894. Other parts with early numbers as expected. 5 1/2" barrel with a single line address. Bore is very good, light spotting but excellent grooves. Guns has patches of blue most everywhere. No pitting-no rust. Screws are excellent. Grips are wooden probably refinished at some time in the past. Cylinder is nice and overall finish is very nice. Gun clocks right,locks right and all 4 clicks work. Gun of course is US marked. These are hard to find in this condition. I am sure it saw Service but someone took good care of it.Worth $6,150 sell for $5,000 or best trade.
